The Wounded Healer
I am what we call a “wounded healer” in that I have been where you are. I have experienced sadness and grief, confusion and hurt: mentally and physically. I have spent time in counselling and in training to ensure that I have processed my past and am at my very best place mentally and physically so that I can help you to do the same. I strongly believe that we all have the power to change if we want to. My lived experience gives me a deeper depth of understanding that I bring with me in my role as your counsellor.
I work holistically, I believe the mind and body are strongly connected and that they interplay effecting our emotional, physical and mental wellbeing.
